The all steel hull and superstructure is designed with a traditional arrangement suited to commercial fishing whether it be for cray or shark as this one is. There is a high forward sheer to provide protection to the working deck.
The wheel house is positioned aft over the engine room but forward of the galley, saloon and accommodation. Forward of the wheelhouse are the 20 m3 circulating tanks, the 40 m3 ice room and the foc’sle.
The shark reel is located on the port side adjacent to the wheelhouse. The galley has a fully fitted stove and work area as well as large amount of storage. The accommodation has been arranged to provide the skipper with a separate cabin.
The boat has been designed and is compliant to the latest rules for NSCV DCV 3B vessel up to 200 nautical miles offshore.
